QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is essential to ensure that products and services meet established standards and satisfy customer needs. We will address aspects related to process standards and the technology applied and used by our company:

1) Process Standards:

    • ASME RTP-1: This standard is widely recognized for the control and analysis of the manufacturing process in Fiberglass (GFRP) equipment. It defines requirements to ensure the quality, strength and durability of the equipment, for continuous improvement. We follow documented procedures in order to maintain records to demonstrate compliance and manufacturing assurance.

2) Applied Technology:

  • Visual and dimensional inspections: Use tools such as cameras, microscopes and calipers to check compliance with specifications

3) Non-destructive testing (NDT):

  • They include ultrasound, radiography, magnetic particles and liquid penetrants to detect defects without damaging the material.

  • Data analysis: Statistical tools such as control charts, THIS ONE SIMULATED IN ENGINEERING SOFTWARE, issuing the Calculation Memory and places of greatest attention where deformations may occur, showing us where we will increase the structure of the equipment.

  • Automation: Process automation, operation control, use of microprocessor-based, embedded controllers, automating and controlling all electromechanical and hydraulic equipment, ensuring that everything works, even without constant supervision by a human being.

Remembering that the company must adapt these methods to its specific needs and invest in continuous training for satisfactory quality control.
